hiv risk masturbuation

can you help please, i had masturbation with a guy we both came on each others chests, after the guy went too the bathroom to clean himself up, then i did, what concerns me is that i picked up a tissue, that he was using the same one that he must have cleaned his penis with, I'm concerned if there was traces of semen of the tissue that he used, and i then used to clean my penis head, would there be any risk of cross contamination of me getting hiv hear

I beleive that I have already answered this post. I reiterate that there was no risk of HIV infection in this sexual encounter, as described.

HIV becomes unstable outside of the body within seconds, and dies within minutes, not surviving on a tissue. Also you would need to have an open access onto your blood stream. Therefore no risk at all whatsoever. Relax! No need to worry!
