I must have HIV

Hi docs, i have lymph nodes swollen in my neck, one under my arm and in my groin. I have hiv then don't i?

No, you will only know that you have HIV if you have a positive HIV test - which you haven't mentioned.

There are many causes for inflamed or enlarged lymph nodes - mostly innocent - and I'm not going to list them.

However if all that happened was that you had a blow job then you will not hvae HIV from that episode.
