Hi
My partner of 8 years as confronted me today and told me he has had sexual activity
With two other men in the last month
He states he has had protected anal sex and unprotected oral sex
I would like to know what risk I would be put at from any stds or HIV
We last had sex a week ago I always use protection for oral and anal I'm the top
I use condoms for both oral and anal
Now because he has had unprotected oral he gave oral too two guys
What's risks would they be to me ie kissing? Him
And also HIV would there be any risk
Would I need testing for HIV
Would I need to have and std testing if so which ones and when would I have to test
I don't think there are any risks to you from what you've said - you say that you use condoms for oral sex and for anal sex so there will not be a threat.
Kissing will not expose you to HIV.
It sounds as though you two need to discuss your relationship but I can't see a health risk to you.
i know kissing does not cause hiv, i meant what risks were there for me HIV?, using protection?, and i was asking would i be at another risks of stds through kissing?
my partner has said to me its all broke down, and why he went off because it was frustration because i dont allow him to give me oral sex unprotected, what i would like to know, if in the future i let him give me oral sex unprotected is there any risk of HIV if so how high is the risk
i have read on the net giving oral sex unprotected is much much higher risk giving than receiving? what your views on this
You can contract other STD's through either sucking or being sucked - if and only if the other man has an STD in tehir mouth or penis.
You will not get HIV from being sucked. You may - although it is exceptionally unlikely - develop HIV from sucking another especially if he has a high level of virus in his blood stream and in his semen. You will obviously not get HIV from him if he does not have it in the first place.
If you are going to carry on having sex together then I suggest you both go together to a clinic and get tested for STD's and HIV together - including both your mouths and rectums.
when you have the results you'll be in a better position to decide on what you will and will not do together.
