Default sucked off finger

I recently had a situation where a colleague of mine, a female non-sex worker cut her finger very slightly. There was probably a pin prick of blood present which i sucked off her finger. My question is would that amount of blood, if infected with hiv, present a risk to have a test when swallowed through the throat, or would the saliva and the amount of blood present mean there's no cause for concern.

Hello,
No, that would not pose any risk of HIV infection to you at all whatosever. More information about HIV transmission risks here.
