Default think i might have caught something

Hi,

Around 13 days ago i met up with a woman i met online. I wasnt really after sex just a bit of fun. Anyway she gave me a blow job, i'm always aware of being careful but even so i did rub her clit a little and then went on to finish myself with the same hand.
Straight after tip of my penis started to sting and that has been the same one and off since then. Its not really painfuI but there is a noticable difference. I asked her about it and she told me she had been tested for everything last year and had not slept with anyone since then so didnt think anything of it until 7 days later when i started becoming unwell. Fatigue has quickly progressed into practically all of my lymph nodes becoming painful, fatigue, a very slight sore throat ( only very slight) a slight runny nose and a cough. Now my glands in my left knee are swollen its hard to walk normally. Also my skin all over my body is itching on and off. Sort of like a stinging sensation at different points then dissapears. Thats has almost subsided now but my glands are still painful. I had an emergency blood test done yesterday for lymphoma, etc but all came back normal.
I know its pretty unlikely but seeing as everything else has been ruled out im starting to wonder if she was HIV positive then rubbing her vaginal juices, even though just a small amount, onto the head of my penis would actually infect me too. I havent had a fever or a rash but i guess all of the symptoms dont appear all of the time. I know i better have an HIV test but if its so wasy to catch it then.... why do people have sex at all!

Hello

Like you, I think the prospect of HIV infection in this scenario is unlikely - in the extreme - I do not believe you have acquired HIV.

The chances of the lady being HIV positive are remote.

Your activity was limited and not convincing for an HIV risk.

Your symptoms etc are so vague as to be anything.

The only way forward is to have an HIV test at an appropriate interval - 10 days using PCR, 28 days using HIV DUO and that will give you the answer.

best regards, Sean
