urticaria and HIV accuracy

Dear Dr

I have chronic urticaria since 4 years till now,and I did HIVab 3rd generation after one year from possible

exposure, it came back negative. in fact ,I am wondering that if my urticaria affect the accuracy of the

test because it is an immunity disorder, or my results are conclusive and I should forget about HIV. stress

is killing me.

No you're fine, you are HIV negative. The urticaria will not have made any difference to the test.
